Michelin presenteerde vandaag de nieuwe Bib Gourmand Benelux 2011-gids. De gids bevat 228 adressen waarvan 123 restaurants in België, 97 restaurants in Nederland, en 8 restaurants in Luxemburg.
Een Bib Gourmand-restaurant serveert een menu bestaande uit een voorgerecht, een hoofdgerecht en een dessert voor een bedrag van maximaal 35 euro (in Brussel, Amsterdam en Luxemburg is dit maximaal 36 euro), exclusief dranken. De bedoeling van het Bib Gourmand-symbool is om restaurants kenbaar te maken waar het gegarandeerd lekker en budgetvriendelijk tafelen is.
